Poor miserable Spring weather May 22/11

Sunday..Today am going to visit Neelam at her mom's house in Burnaby. I am excited to meet her daughter and husband for the first time. It's been a long time since I have seen her. It is raining and cold outside. I must get a move on. I have been slow in getting ready today. Made yogurt this morning am about to have some tea and a fig newton. My cold is still persisting and the air is damp in my apartment. Still so much to do at home and so much to get rid of before I will be satisfied. I've come a long way.

Garden Villa

Its cold and its Sunday, raining. April 10/11 and made peanut butter cookies today and started doing my unfinished project rug hook monkey.

APRIL 10, 2011

It is a raining Sunday. Kind of like the kind of day you just stay inside, make peanut butter cookies, start doing some unfinished projects and just contemplate the week ahead. While staying up late not having to work tomorrow but just listening to the cruel weather outside I am thinking of those who must work outdoors no matter what. Soon it will be time for the work to begin on the building . It is prepped for construction upgrades and we have been waiting for it patiently . just let it get over with already and then the building will be able to get on with its life.

It is the Fall

Yes, a really long way. Today it is October 23, 2009 and a blustery wet windy night. I stayed home from work tonight not really feeling up to working and being a bit under the weather you might say.

It's October 23, 2009

I can't believe it's May already

Flowers have bloomed, cherry blossoms have strewn their tiny petals lining the streets everywhere and the threat of seasonal flu in the air what more can be more a sign of Springtime arrival.
Last night I got violently sick, throwing up at 1:00 am the contents of my stomach. It was no wonder considering all the junk I throw down there. But I have a culprit to blame. It was a pork hock I purchased on Monday at a shop market. ( not mentioning any names.) It stunk when I opened the package of meat and had a slimy texture to the skin. Thinking it should be okay once cooked was an assumption I will live on to regret. If it had been any other usual cut of meat I would have thought otherwise. So now to pay the consequences. How do you complain of such agonizing feats?
